GROWERS - EXPORTERS - R & D

There are many kinds of mushroom farmers with different needs based on their systems and ambient climate. (i.e. in a location with low ambient RH the grower needs not dehumidify but simply increase fresh air intake when appropriate.)
In general dry humidity, as Shira’s technology provides, is advantageous since the particles are carried in the air uniformly. The flow of air evenly over the growing surfaces is one factor in giving uniform yields.

In traditional mist systems, free water on the floor creates temperature gradients.

In Shira’s fogging devices, the control of the humidity level is much easier with provision of dry humidity.
