Indoor gardening

The balance between the dry/wet air-conditioning ratio and the gaseous environment within enclosed areas, is a crucial question that house designers and builders are always trying to resolve to make us more comfortable in our homes and work places.

Indoor Gardening is the key for the comfort of people who spend most of their working lives in closed buildings. However, the system used for growing plant depends on the amount of space available.

Entire buildings are designed so that air temperature, humidity and freshness are controlled by a single, central air-conditioner.

Soiless indoor gardening is a method that Shira’s ultrasonic system offers.
By using an ultrasonic fog generator to provide potassium chloride and/or other water soluble elements and moisture to a plant’s bare root system, and with the houseplants being mounted in modern designed ducts, opens a new opportunity for architects to include this method to increase dramatically the comfort of environmental working and living areas which makes people significantly more healthy and productive.
