One more reason to consider this new ultrasonic fogging approach, is problems that have not been resolved yet to spray the nutrient directly to very massive root systems within the chamber that the conventional aeroponics methods offer to grow plants with their bare roots system in a closed compartment.
For example, as Dr. Lloyd A. Peterson, Professor Emeritus of the Dept of Horticulture and Soil Science, Univ. of Wisconsin-Madison explained in Class Notes 6 March 1997: "...misting nozzle connected to nutrient...can be off to the side or the roots may block the flow of the mist...". You can see photos that Shira Aeroponics Ultrasonic technique makes the nutrient droplets flow freely within the chamber and to meet every part of the plant's root hair to have its feeding requirement.
